To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Eligibility to purchase

  • PRET-A-BEAUTE offers for sale luxury and top-quality products. These products are purchased by PRET-A-BEAUTE directly from designer houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected for their stringent quality control.
  • PRET-A-BEAUTE does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality.
  • The main characteristics of products are shown on PRET-A-BEAUTE on each product page. The products offered for sale on PRET-A-BEAUTE may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
  • Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
  • Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which PRET-A-BEAUTE cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled.

Prices
PRET-A-BEAUTE has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT for the countries where VAT applies. The price for goods ordered by you and accepted by us will be that stated on the website invoice page at the time of order. Promotional codes or discounts are applicable to regular priced items.
Customers purchasing from a country outside the US, CAN and EU may incur relevant import duty and tax costs. These costs are not included in the final purchase price paid to PRET-A-BEAUTE and will be invoiced to you directly by our shipping agent or an import broker appointed by you. We advice you to contact your local shipping office to determine a cost price prior to completing your order.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "PLACE ORDER" on the final page of our ordering process.

Dispatch & delivery charges
Normal dispatch will be within 48 hours of order, for items that are in stock or up to seven days for an item that is temporarily out of stock (subject to availability). All delivery charges will be clearly stated on your order and include insurance. You will be advised by e-mail of any delays to your order and will be offered the facility of a part dispatch if practical. It is the customer responsibility to be available to receive the order at the address the customer indicated during checkout. If the customer does not accept to receive the order and, therefore the order ships back to PRET-A-BEAUTE, then the customer will be charged a fee of Eur 60, in order to cover shipping costs back and forth, restocking expenses, accounting expenses, third parties commission fees and logistic fees.

Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order, as we cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of our own. Please click here to view the delivery method section.

RUSSIA: Shipments to Russia are made through the Post office since Russian customs have banned shipments with courier companies to individuals, therefore shipments may experience delays up to 18 working days due to Russian Post Office.

Returns, Exchanges & refunds


Return Policy

Our target is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received from PRET-A-BEAUTE your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

All shipping costs for returns, other than those concerning faulty items and/or items sent by mistake, will be at your own expense. PRET-A-BEAUTE will cover all shipping expenses for faulty items and items sent by mistake.

To make a return you should:

1. Request online a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order by completing the online form found in the Returns section under Help. All items returned should have a RAN number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender;

2. Arrange for a shipping agent to collect the package. PRET-A-BEAUTE does not guarantee the safety or insurance of the items returned using other shipping agents than UPS and may not accept liability for those goods. The address for returns will be given online at the time you request your RAN number.

3. You will be notified by email once your order has been received and processed.

Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

1. Request online a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order by completing the online form found in the Returns section under Help. Please note that RANs requested after 7 days of delivery of the order will be granted at PRET-A-BEAUTE’s discretion;

2. The Return Form must be filled correctly and the items to be returned must be received within fourteen (14) days from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested online from PRET-A-BEAUTE;

3. The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification tag and all designer garment tags are still attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products sold by PRET-A-BEAUTE come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Earrings for pierced ears, hosiery and tights cannot be returned in any case, due to reasons of hygiene. Fine Jewelry cannot be returned in any case, to secure their perfection and made-to-order policy;

4. The products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging. Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags, designer boxes and jewelry boxes and dust bags should also be returned as they are considered part of the product. If boxes of products when returned are damaged your return may not be accepted;

5. Returned items must be shipped back to PRET-A-BEAUTE within fourteen days (14) from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested from PRET-A-BEAUTE. Items that are returned later than the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the day of the delivery of the order, will be accepted only at the discretion of PRET-A-BEAUTE and may only be refunded as a store credit;

6. If you are returning more than one items from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: PRET-A-BEAUTE cannot accept multiple returns from the same order, with items sent at different times.

7. Items on sale or items purchased using a promotional code can be returned for store credit only. Also, items bought using credit from a previous return cannot be accepted.

8. Items bought with the use of a store credit, that was the result of returned items bought using promotional codes, or items that were returned at the discretion of PRET-A-BEAUTE, cannot be returned.

9. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For destinations outside the US, CAN and EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PRET-A-BEAUTE. You should try to contact your local customs bureau directly and by providing them all the return documents you should be able to recover these amounts. PRET-A-BEAUTE is not responsible in case the return is stopped at customs and the return liable for duties. PRET-A-BEAUTE's responsibility starts when the package arrives at our warehouse.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your PRET-A-BEAUTE account (you will need to register your details). The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for six months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.

Late Returns
Items should be received within 14 days from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested from PRET-A-BEAUTE. Items that are returned later than the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the day that the RAN was requested by you, will be accepted only at the discretion of PRET-A-BEAUTE and may only be refunded as a store credit. Moreover, RANs requested after 7 days of the delivery of the order will also be granted at PRET-A-BEAUTE’s discretion.


Disposable Safety Seal
All products sold by PRET-A-BEAUTE include an identification tag attached complete with a disposable safety seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag and seal will not be accepted.

Jewelry Returns
All jewelry should be handled with care and should be tried on without removing the identification tag that will be attached with the disposable seal. All jewelry should be returned in their original, undamaged box and cloth bag (if any) as this is considered part of the product. Jewelry that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned in any case, due to reasons of hygiene.

Fine Jewelry Returns
Fine Jewelry cannot be returned in any case, due to reasons of protecting the items high quality and made-to-order policy;

Faulty Goods
All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately. However, we reserve the right, in the case of questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of her complaint. This procedure may take up to 60 days. Faulty goods are considered as such, only if they are returned with all safety seals attached. In case that goods are returned broken without the products' original safety seal or with PRET-A-BEAUTE's safety seal broken, they will not be considered as faulty and will not be credited or exchanged. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

Exchanges
It is free to exchange items for a different size. Shipping charges for return and shipping of new item apply. We will exchange any items provided they are returned unworn in perfect condition with all their original packaging intact within 7 days of dispatch. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RAN and follow the same instructions with Returns, as specified above. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. Special orders (i.e goods ordered in specially that we do not normally stock) cannot be returned. Please ensure that high value items should be returned via registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.

Receiving a refund
After PRET-A-BEAUTE has received products and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to hers PRET-A-BEAUTE account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items or items sent by mistake), which we deduct to cover the cost of our shipping. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit or Debit Card, PayPal), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when PRET-A-BEAUTE was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once PRET-A-BEAUTE checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment you used:
1. Credit or Debit Card
The refund time will depend on the card company’s policies.;
2. PayPal
Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. PRET-A-BEAUTE offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to PRET-A-BEAUTE. PRET-A-BEAUTE will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer/supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at PRET-A-BEAUTE; alternatively you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The USD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. It is the customer responsibility to be available to receive the order at the address the customer indicated during checkout. If the customer does not accept to receive the order and, therefore the order ships back to PRET-A-BEAUTE, then the customer will be charged a fee of EUR 60 / USD 70, in order to cover shipping costs back and forth, restocking expenses, accounting expenses, third parties commission fees and logistic fees.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again or telephone you to confirm we have accepted your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order will not be accepted if it becomes apparent to us that there are material errors in the prices advertised on our website. If you have not supplied us with your e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of our ordering process will act as confirmation that we have received your order. No contract will be formed until you receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your order, at which point we will take payment from your credit or debit card once we have checked your credit or debit card details. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. We reserve the rights, even after we have charged your credit card, if we find material errors in the order to return the amount of money to your credit card and cancel the order. At the point when we dispatch the goods the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance e-mail is sent to you or as verbally confirmed over the phone.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Insurance
PRET-A-BEAUTE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Cancellation rights
You can cancel or amend any order placed with PRET-A-BEAUTE, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. If you have registered in PRET-A-BEAUTE and have created an account, please visit your account and cancel your order.

A fee of 2.5% of the order's total will be deducted to cover the bank's fee.
